I help my patients finding the balanced state of body and mind through reflexology treatments and consultation.

With the treatment of the feet and the hands’ reflex zones positive changes can be initiated within certain organs, which has a strong healing effect on the functioning of the body. Reflex zone therapy complements traditional western medicine treatments by improving physical- and mental health, supports the self-healing ability of the body. It can ease physical symptoms and pain, provides good sensations within the body and gives balance to the mind.

Throughout the consultations my patients get useful information and guidance about the necessary lifestyle changes. As a naturopath I would support those who are willing to change and improve their physical and mental being in a simple, understandable, and accessible way. What does it mean in practice?

Simplicity: my aim is to bring natural methods of healing closer to people living today’s modern lifestyle. I believe that healing methods must be compatible with one’s lifestyle, life circumstances and pace of life, providing useful means and guidance.

Comprehensibility: to reach any improvement in our physical and mental condition we need to understand the cause-and-effect relationship between our acts, habits and the problems and diseases caused by them. We need to feel our own responsibility regarding the difficulties we face and learn what we need to do differently to reach a higher quality of life.

Reachable goals: it is particularly important that the goals we set for ourselves are realistic. We should move forward step by step taking our personality and our current daily routine into consideration to avoid putting too much pressure on our body and mind. Gradually the new, healthy habits will become natural and will turn into a new lifestyle.
